Check-In

  • Check in is at 3 p.m. (you can request early check in and I will gladly accommodate when possible)

  • Guest Access: This home is on a coded entry. You will receive the property address and the entry code 12 hrs prior to check in. A contact number will also be provided at that time. Parking is limited to the garage and one additional parking space.

  • Details to Note: This townhome requires you to climb stairs to access the kitchen and living areas. There is no handicap accessibility.

Check-Out

  • Check out is at 11 a.m. Prior to check-out, please do the following:

  • Strip all bedding and leave in pile on bed.

  • Put all used towels in the master bath tub.

  • Empty all trash/recycle cans into the larger receptacles in the garage and then set outside the garage door.

  • Turn ice maker handle into the off position.

  • Make sure the end privacy screen in back deck area is open.

  • Lock all doors

  • Set A/C to 78°

House Rules:

  • No children under 12. No pets.

  • Please do not run A/C with doors and windows open.

  • Keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.

  • PLEASE DO NOT USE FIRE PIT. These are not permitted for use at the condo.

  • Use of charcoal grill: use only on a concrete surface. DO NOT USE on back deck.

  • Privacy screens in back deck area: Please keep the one privacy screen (between condo units) drawn shut at all times. The other can be shut for your privacy. However, please be sure to open it again at the end of the day.

  • Garbage days: Monday and Thursday. Recycle days: Wednesday. Put large receptacle in front in the garage door on these days.
